Vine Peach Cream

This cream is made by a maceration of vine peaches in alcohol, to which a sugar sirop is added. Its name ‘Vine Peach‘ comes from the fact that this fruit ripens in September, at the same time as the grapes. We also find this fruit tree in the vineyard. This small, purplish-white peach is highly aromatic and appeals to a wide range of palates.
