Wild Raspberry Eau de Vie

This brandy is made by macerating 8 kg of fresh fruit per liter of pure, neutral alcohol, followed by a distillation. The variety used is the wild raspberry, which is not the one typically cultivated.
Its flavor is more pronounced, the fruit’s seed bringing a tangy flavor. It is more fragranced on the nose and on the palate. Its elegance and great fineness make it highly appreciated.
