Plum Eau de Vie

This very rare brandy is made from small wild purple plums growing on thorny bushes, also known as black spines. These sloe berries from bushes are about the size of a grape. They are harvested after the first frost to bring out their roundness. This particular method is similar to the one used for ice wines, it yields very little, making it a very rare spirit.
