With a pale yellow color and bright reflections, this Riesling is very expressive with a mineral character reflecting the terroir where it originates. This wine opens with a fresh attack and reveals on the palate a beautiful fruity texture with yellow fruits notes, Mirabelle plum and a zesty finish. A harmonious and distinctive blend. It pairs well with the sauerkraut and other Alsatian specialties.
